Deleting your account
In the iPhone app, go to Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account. On the web you find the same under Settings. Everything you shared, and everything derived from it, is deleted.
Cancelling a subscription
Bought in the iPhone app: open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Bought on the web: in undrstand on the web, go to Settings, then Subscription.
Restoring a purchase
In the iPhone app, open Plans and tap Restore purchases.
Apple Health and wearables
undrstand only reads your sleep, resting heart rate and steps, and never writes to Apple Health. Turn it off under Settings, then Connections; what it read is then deleted.
